Stephens Family Cleaning was founded in 2026 by Christopher Stephens, with more than 10 years of professional janitorial and facility-services experience. Before starting this company, Christopher served as a Regional Operations Manager for a larger janitorial firm — overseeing employees, customer accounts, staffing, inspections, quality control, and daily cleaning operations across multiple locations.
That background shaped everything about how we operate today. Our team follows written scopes, visit checklists, and final-inspection procedures on every job. Christopher personally oversees quality on every account, and if a concern ever comes up, we address it promptly, professionally, and with a clear corrective plan.
Christopher is also a father of three and an active supporter of local youth sports — including volunteering as a baseball coach and sponsoring West Pasco Little League. For him, Stephens Family Cleaning is more than a business. It is an opportunity to support his family, serve the community, and build lasting relationships through dependable work.
